Yes, something is going on---jax rx7 owners will be pan handling for gas money on JTB and 95. Might even stop for a food break at some point . Pics! Oh, and there's sonic on sat night.

Her paint job is worse than what it looks liek in the photos. Not terrible, but definetly need a clay, polish and wax. Which I'm in the process of doing... Washed her a couple of times today, she's sitting in the garage right now.
John (allrotor) had his mechanic do a mild port on the engine, installed a PowerFC, and uprated injectors
Pretty cool. I don't intend on doing anything to her, mod wise, besides reliability... probably gonna check the exhaust, not sure what it is, but she is fairly loud. lol.
Her idle is loping. She idles at 900, I think it's the port job. Plus it was tuned at a higher altitude and she's running rich. So, tuning her is gonna be a priority. Next, I have to repalce the bushings in the suspension. Especially the rear, it's quite noisy. She has good suspension, but when driving around it is certainly loud. Besides those two things, after that, it's reliability mods. New uprated intercooler, a second oil cooler, probably a better radiator as well.
She's purty though. Purrs when I get her up to speed, and ooo... oohh man. Grins. haha

Dont know anyone in JAX but you could go see ART tuning in Sarasota
Also Japtrix can tune the PowerFC. Petitt Racing can also upload a map so that it runs better
You might also want to get in touch with Madee as he has tried twice to unsuccessfully to get Steve Kan to come to North Florida to tune the Power FC. He needed more ppl.

Thank you! I bet a lot of new-to-rotary RX8 owners wouldn't know what that car was if it pulled up and reved on them. One 8 owner looked at my buddy's SA and asked him, "what kind of car is that?"
