Am I the only one going from central/south florida? Man- They should give awards to the people who drive the farthest

Everyone needs to PM PianoProdigy and tell him to go!

If I'm the only one coming from my area, I can leave around 8am and make atlanta by 3-4pm maybe? But if thats the case I might leave thursday and get a hotel in GA somewhere and meet up with you guys friday morning some time?

LOL. That's really not necessary. Right now, I'm planning on going with the FD. And about the farthest drive...I think Ashley's drive is just a bit further than ours, Ben.

 

Ben, No need to spend funds on a hotel on Thursday night. I have room for about 6 at my house, and rotorheads are welcome. If you arrive in the Atlanta area before 6PM on Thursday evening, you can just meet up at Downing Atlanta shop (off of I-85 north of ATL) and I can arrange a tour of the shop, including a 4-rotor.

Let me know if there is any interest from the out of towners.

Thank you both for the offers, but I'm not sure how far up Id make it, as I might stop in Jacksonville. I'll know next week sometime- hopefully that wont be too late.

Anyone besides Alan coming from the central region of FL?
I'm trying to figure out a good place for us to meet, and if no one else is coming I'll just meet Alan somewhere by I-75 in Tampa.

I'm really thinking of driving my FD now. For a while, I was just going to ride with Ben. Hmm...Decisions.

But I understand.. You did just get your paint job. Mine is about 2 years old and now have some chips and scratches..

 

I'll be in Tallahassee Thursday night, then head out in the AM Friday morning. Hopefully We'll see you guys on the road!
