Parking: It may be crowded on the weekend so we suggest you arrive early and park on the roof. Parking and entrance into the casino are free.
Hotel: Rooms are available for reservation online avg price $299
There are plenty of other hotels in that area that are much cheaper. Please search under Brandon Florida for a safe and clean hotel near the casino. If you have any questions, feel free and email me for assistance. Here is a site that has a lot of options:

We decided to change the evening festivities to the Hardrock since there are so many out of town people coming. Unless you are a local and have been around for a while, Ybor City could potentially not be a safe place to park your car. Hardrock is such a large venue that we would have to drop some major money to get a room to ourselves or a VIP section in the club. I just can’t afford that for this event, but maybe we can make this a larger event next year and plan a bit more. We should have a blast none the less. I checked it out the other night and the place is spectacular…..
Most of us will either check into hotel rooms after the meet or go home and relax before heading out to HardRock in the evening. We can plan on meeting in the front lobby around 9ish and go from there.

I am excited. Although My car is not show quality, i wil be there with my new camera and will be taking lots of pics.
Google Map fo rthose of you that need directions.
Google Map fo rthose of you that need directions.
Orlando directions from a Tampan...
I-4 West to I-275 South
Take the airport exit (last exit before bridge - to 60 - to Clearwater)
Get into the left most lane or two
Take Rt 60 (Courtney Campbell Causeway) towards Clearwater
After the bridge, take McMullen-Booth road North (first overpass after bridge) and get left
Turn left on Drew
Turn left on Rt 19
Dealership is on your right, on a side road entered just past the dealership, which doubles back a little.
Note that taking 60 directly to 19 makes a very difficult U-turn on 19 necessary. Taking Drew removes this risk.
Alternately, you can stay on 60 past 19, take a right on Old Coachman, then a right on Drew, then a right on 19 south.

It is not much but I talked to the promoter (Johnny Peace) and he sent me passes to go to the V.I.P. line to avoid the long line as well as $5.00 off cover for the guys! Like I said it isn't much but better than nothing.
I am still waiting to hear from Chris Craze (the D.J.) to see if he might add us to his list!
Here is the flyer for that night as well as the V.I.P. pass for line priveleges and $5.00 off!
All you have to do is print this out. I will try to bring some to the meet!

Russell Mazda is trying to get a headcount for food, lot size, etc, etc.
I know that there is already a list circulating, but since things may have changed for you since you were added to that list, please post a one-line reply to this thread with what car and how many people you will be bringing.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
See you Saturday at 10:00!
