Amazing turnout, and its good that the Miami rotary group starts getting some organization, cause the connections were very loose but now we have a foundation to build upon. For a first time event the turnout and organization was 110%, cant wait to see how the next will turn out. Val since Im about 5 mins from your place, feel free to contact me , I left my number and contact information there. BTW most of us didnt wear the name tags cause we knew each other .

i have the engine apart now, Rear rotor apex seals went flat from a heat spike during a track session in morroso back in Early Feb. But all was cool. Noengine Damage at all. Rotors were fine and housings where not damaged at all. So now that the engine is apart its a good time to pull some hat tricks. Im going to do the Rotor Scallops and balancing that carlos does along with the clearancing

I also had the rotor plates resurfaced and i am going to finish touching up the streetports and and going a little bigger on them

And topping things off with a Lightweight 8.5lb Aluminum Flywheel, i should be all back together within the next 2 or 3 weeks. Then its break in time all over again.

remember i do almost all the work myself.... so the money spent is not so much as the time spent. and i kind of give myself a discount when i charge myself for labor. LOL anyways a three rotor no matter how you look at it or how simple you want to make it. its going to cost you 10-12 or even 15,000.00 and thats not what im looking to spend. i may be close to that in money spent on my motor but thats been over a 6 year period so i dont feel it as bad as someone who has to dish it out and then has to deal with all the gremlins that show up afterwards. I dont want to do a bridge port because you cant exactly show up with a bad *** 3rd gen and pimp with a motor that sounds like the misfire of a bad cam. I rather make power with a nice street port and still be able to idle at the traffic light with my A/C on and not have to have my foot on the gas so the car doesnt stall.

[QUOTE=Fatman0203]Dude you can blame him for a body kit someone else put on, he's going to be removing the stripes and the kit soon enough. It also came with a PFC so its not a bad deal.
YEAH. And at least i got it for only $6000k with mods(PFC, Tein coils, HKS hiper, HKS intake, dp, mp, HKS BOV), rebuild, and didnt pay for shipping so looks doesnt matter for now! at least its running!
Trust me it wont look like that soon enough!

It just sucks to go to RX7 meets without your ride.
