Any 1st gen experts in the Atlanta area, Alpharetta to be more exact. I have an 85 GSL i'm trying to get going. I have a post in the 1st gen section dealing with my carb.

I have tried all I know and feel like I'm chasing my tail. I need an expert. I could get it to a shop but I want to learn this on my own along with some help.

I can in return give some compression and coolant seals tests. I would buy you the finest dinner in the finest resturant or hambutrgers and beer.

woodstock huh? well whats wrong with it specifically?

 

it's a car I picked up with no motor and in some pieces. I found a good engine and I have put it back together. I'm not sure if the carb is set right and can't get it to run long enough to do anything. I have tried everything I know and don't know too much more to go further.

Rotary shop in roswell... You know where andretti is? Well, right past it as you head towards houze from alpharetta highway you will see roswell bikes... in that area there is outback automotive. They race 1st gens...

I don't know that I trust them yet, but they are there.
