Feedback on N-Tech??

Anyone have any experience with N-Tech Engineering in Winter Haven, FL? Have a buddy here in Jacksonville that's looking for a shop close by to send his FD in for some work. I've always sent mine to Pettit but he's spent some time on the phone with Nick and seems to like him.

What do you think?

I have taken my car there and my brother has also taken his car there. now our experiences werent the greatest, he chaged me 80 just to put it on the lift, ha did nothing to it because it was fine. My brother took his car there to have an aftermarket radiator installed, an odessy battery and relocation kit. now, the car was towed there with the stock radiator already removed, so all he had to do was put it in, my brother took it there because he didnt have the time, he works alot. so about 1 month and 800.00 later he got his car back. Nick seems like a nice guy and really knows what he is doing dont get me wrong but for a radiator and a bat reloc. kit, just seemed kinda lenghty and expensive. On the drive home from N-tech about a mile from his house the radiator hose blew off and coolant and water went everywhere and the car started overheating right before that, the drive from n-tech to our house is 30miles so yeah. he was pretty pissed, eventually though he got it worked out and fixed the car himself. now the person that owned my car about 3 years ago took the car there as well, and he didnt have a complaint about him so maybe it was just bad timing or something, but with all shops if I am going to someone other than pettit I always get to know them by starting off small, like a check-up or something that wont put the car in danger and I can check it over mysef afterwards, just to get to know them.
