Feb 15th Auto-X at Carowinds!

February 15th, there will be an autocross at carowinds, just seeing who will be going. I am pretty sure I will go. it is $30 for SCCA Members and $35 for non SCCA. I will post more information as I get it.

This may a good time to get together after the events maybe in the parking lot or even a nearby by park Mcdowell park is 10 minutes from Carowinds and they have picnic areas with grills and lots of parking. Just a thought I know I don't know anyone on here but just a suggestion.

I guess to start get a head count of those attending and assigning each individual an item to bring to make the cookout happen. You can count me in...

I f you drive 1 mile beyond the park the loading ramps to Lake Wylie are right there and good pictures can be taken there with the Marina in the background. There is also lots of parking.

I may be there. Work schedule permitting, of course. Not sure if I'll be racing or not though.

It will be just about dark by the time the autocross is over. I will probably go to the Auto-X but am not sure which car I will drive.

Somebody needs to change the title of this thread to draw attention to the new date. Maybe we need to start a new thread if that can't be done.

everybody needs to preregister so you can save $5 and save some time in the morning.

Here is all the information you will need:
http://www.myautoevents.com/pls/mae/...sevent_id=9780

PS. I have 4 BBS vert rims with used autocross tires for $250 if anyone is interested.
