am having the same issue it stays 190 but then when i push the car it overheats i dont know why i know my clutch fan was bad but i just wield the clutch fan together as a temparary fix but its still overheat

 

today not to bad 185F.

 

i usually see around 185-190...but if i sit and idle it gets pretty hot.....best thing ive learned is either keep it movin or turn it off.....no stop and go **** for me

 

hmm lets seee

cool days, im around 78 - 82c ( will not pass 84c even under heavy boost.)
hot days., 84 - 89c ( 91c under heavy boost. )

all i got is stock IC / and a fluidyne rad.
and i got anywhere from 9 - 15 psi depending on my mood.


other things to consider,
a) i disconnected the power steering pulley and removed belt,
wich leaves me with no AC.

b) fan mod, at max speed.

91 on normal day and even when boosting

 

I think i hold the record for the highest temp... i hit 228 and my car ******* shut off... something is seriously wrong

 

efranklin do u have a t-stat I ended up putting mine back in and dont get any higher than 195 at full boost. I also finally finished tuning and made 397rwhp @ 15psi.
