Sorry DJ, gotta work, but you'll be ok. Its not that hard to pull one that you really don't have to remember how to hook back up. The TII will be completly different. Good luck. Let us know how it goes. So when's the new baby coming home? Over the weekend?

Rotary Resurrection baby.

I got lucky, he had an S5 TII lonblock with the harness and ECU. Everything I need except the hood, DP, FCD, and fuel pump. He is taking my NA for a core to live on some other day in another RX.

UPDATE: DJ and I almost got everything ready to take out his old engine, minus tranny bolts, engine mounts, and some lines (oil cooler, fuel).

Exhaust off, a/c and powersteering removed (p/s lines prepped for no-pump loop)... another 20 min and the engine will be ready for extraction.

Well here's the scoop--

1) Rtek is for S4 ECU's only (at the moment)
2) Can't afford FMIC at the moment.
3) Fuel pump, Garfinkle is hooking me up withe stock FD pump/
4) Downpipe, I just have to order the RB one.

Once Kevin calls me and says the motor is ready for pickup, I am placing the order for the DP, and I am going to get an FCD from Years of Decay (Creeping Death FCD)
No biggie. Although with the A/C condenser out of the way it is amazing how much room there is up front now, so when I do go FMIC, it'll be a snap. Also with no PS or A/C, the engine bay is as bare as can be, plus the TII engine is emissions free, so it'll be alot quicker doing the install.

osaka jdm motors come with no ecu and 3 inches of a wiring harness for that price. Trust me I have one sitiing on the pallet as we speak

You will still need to buy the following

ECU
Harness
AFM
Boost sensor
drive shaft (have one made)
TII hood or go FMIC
boost guage
boost controller
full exhaust
