Good going Jeff.... Its great to be Negative and Pessimistic... its great to convey that to the rest of the people... where do you live ? Oklahoma or Miami... ?

We are in South Florida... The land of Hurricanes and Tropical Storms.. its the nature of the beast but yet we still continue to live here.. quit worrying about the rain ... Think positive and try to have a positive disposition ....

Like Val says, you're just being negative dude. That's the type of bullshit that lowers the turnout for the meet. Unless you walk out your door Sunday morning to hail, tornados, or the four horsemen riding through, there's no reason not to go to this meet. Chances are, it's not gonna rain at all.

Did you even get your car yet? It's not like you really go to meets anyways.

Look out for yourself... dont worry about the rest of the people..The people who have lived in this city for so many years know that it rains here... you are not in Oklahoma any longer Jeff... I drive a convertible and when it rains, water seeps in.. I am not concerned whether or not my jeans get wet.. ultimately it will dry.. I could care less if my hot dog was wet just as long as it is cooked and I am amongst fellow Rotorheads. my aim is to promote a positive venue... to convey positivity... not to worry if i am going to melt away like the wicked witch of the north?

Changing plans for perhaps one hour of rain...Many persons have made the necessary concessions or accomodations in order to be able to attend this meet. In this instance , The needs of the few do not outweigh the needs of the many...

Planning a venue like this takes time... it took over two weeks to get the Pavilion reserved in advance and put down a $50.00 non-refundable deposit. So you suggest just change it... ok.. pay me the $50.00 bucks!

How did i know that you were from Oklahoma ? I used to live there for 5 years and worked with American Airlines in Tulsa.. I am familiar with their way of thinking.. the mentality. Its nothing negative... its fine for Oklahoma.. but this is Miami (South Florida)

meng..your really struggling there exactly what si wrong with your car..besides your engine ?

 

few people offered to mess with it. it's 1 of a few things like secondary not firing, fcd not working, i turned my manual controller off (unscrewed the screw and drove home and it only did it's hesitation/power loss with small back fire when i really slammed the pedal (gauge is broken and reads 10psi at idle and goes in to vac. as you boost) but if it stays from 10psi to 0psi it's fine then it will spike to 5vac and get wired.

IF ANY ONE HAS A BOOST GAUGE LAYING AROUND THAT WORKS AND IT'S NOT ON A CAR CAN I PLEACE BAROW IT FOR TESTING... PLEASE!!!!

 

The Rex lives!!! I got it running today, after all the problems it was an EGI fuse that wasn't working but looked ok. So 3 bucks saved the day, I will be there tomorrow, but I'm not going to be going to Towers. See you guys tomorrow!!! -Sean

 

Damn fuses keep blowing out on me, if anybody knows why the EGI fuse would keep blowing out, please let me know!!! I am going to try and make it, hopefully somebody there can help me.
