the second pic is dragsterw/ whats left of a frankenstein v.w. motor mounted to a jerico w/ fast e.t.'s. most of the cars were either toyota starlets w/ rotary swaps. ol skool R.X.'s, toyota 1.8 w/ either hooked up engines or rotary swaps. they had a jet engined dragster that punched you in the chest when it ran.
that stretched fiberglass v.w. dragster was ******* everything! 4.? in the 1/8 mile. the other pic is my son hollering at R.J.'s lil. bro's. girl( hes got it like that.lol)

there were a lot of people standing there cars straight up. if my camera didnt suck u guys woulda seen it too. that green FC was so bad *** and nicely done. Well fellas after spending my day here I think my plans for my RX-3 might change slightly.LOL. cheers.-Erik

wow whut a great day of racing. just got back from the track. ALot of ppl were there and the 3 cars from pr were really nice. Ohh the blue datsun u said with the beautiful paintjob is not from pr.The car is from kissime owned and tuned by danito. Tommorow they are expecting over 8k ppl there so get there early cayse parking will be hard *** hell to find lol. My favorite run of the day was when Curian 1st gen rx7 ran a 5.11@134mph and when the red rotary rolla almost fliped the car backwards doing a huge wheelie. great great event. ya should chek it out sunday

Nice.. Anybody know how to pull pictures off the hard memory of a digi camera? I forgot to put my card in yesterday and only was able to take a dozen pics on the camera memory. I cant get to upload. I was at Daytona for the HSR event and there were a few bad *** rotary prototypes that raced in a 1 hour enduro. Be nice to post pics. here. To add to the collection of yesterday's local events. G

Well, I was NOT disappointed! Gotta love Florida rotaries. Been to a bunch of events and I still think Florida has the greatest rotary community in the country. I would say 90% of the cars there today were rotary and 90% OF THOSE were bridgies. I was taking shots on the strip and all the bridgies tickled my brain through my ears. I got several hundred shots today, gave away all of our mags and met tons of great people. I'll try to get my photos up tonight, but you can see them in the next issue of Tuner.
I fell in love with that yellow RX3. B-b-b-b-ad! Nice going to an event and seeing a lot old school power, people forget that you don't need a turbo to be fast

OMFGG WHUT A GREAT *** EVENT LOL .Curian won In quik 16 and Mayonesa 1st gen came in second representing pr. Great racing all day long . Cant wait till the next lakeland import event december 18(pr vs usa)
