Compression test needed ASAP

I need to buy or rent a compression tester. Willing to drive to you, but I need it soon. Certainly would pay someone to test for me, if that could be worked out.

My FD is on Bring A Trailer right now. It closes on Monday. They started my auction 2 hours after my final listing approval, instead of the usual 2 days or so. My Ebay rental tester was supposed to arrive today but is delayed in shipping.
It doesn't look like it is anywhere near me yet from the tracking info. Med Center Mazda only has 1 guy they would let touch my car and he is backed up with work for 2 weeks. Dealer in Tuscaloosa won't do it, they said their techs are all young and inexperienced. Mazda in Huntsville hasn't called me back.

My fault, I didn't allow enough lead time.

I guess I'll be stuck with videoing a piston tester, if I can't get access to a proper tester soon.

Thanks

I think it is worked out now.

Mike at FD Auto in Tampa generously offered to lend me a tester for just the cost of shipping and is going to send it UPS overnight to me.

Also, I sent a PM to Howard Coleman, since he is now in Alabama. He offered to let me use his unit and even possibly to drive part of the way to meet up.

Thank you both so much!

Another thanks, to Steve at rotarycompressiontester.com who also offered his help.

He is sold out of inventory right now, but said he would be producing units again when he receives a part he needs for his production equipment.
