So finally when is National Mazda Day going to be held. Would love to come up and meet more cool people as those of Central Florida Rotary Association. Good work guys.

 

Ok so we think that War of the Imports will be a great way to kick this off and we think it’s on Dec. 10th 2006. So we are going to set this date to get all our rotary brothers and sisters to get together at this event. We are going to start a new thread for this gathering. This will be a great way to meet all of the club members and non club members in one spot and get to know each other. We want to thank DSR for there support. We should be meeting up with DSR in Morroso and the X-MAS Party. We will keep updating so let us know if you’re in.

If everything goes to plan you would see more then 1 7sec rotaries that day. Hope the track hooks up that day so the big dogs that are gonna show will run good times.

I think we need a caravan from down south up there for one of your meets...... imagine all the footage Directfreak and all those guys would get! I dunno if my Miata could keep up with everyone though........ Rob, let us know when it is, hopefully DSR and those guys wanna go!

If anyone in your group is interested in road course type events the Gainesville raceway has been doing pretty well at haveing a test and tune once a month on there road course. I'm in the process of putting together a timming system as the test and tunes are currently just fun runs (unless you bring some one to time you). I'm still looking for software to record lap timming Will be looking out for your events. Jack

OK Announcement, a very good friend and Honorary Associate [Paul] has a Grand Opening tomorrow and will be in full effect for War of Imports crowd.
The place is SCOREBOARD GRILLE AND SPORTSBAR in Orlando on Orange and Michagan downtown. They had a private opening this past saturday and there were over 500 people.
Anyone hungry, thirsty, with entertainment in background stop by and when your in Orlando, if not a resident, recommend this to anyone visiting. Ask for Paul and tell him The Association/Rob said to head over and you will get treated very well as is the norm.
This friend is someone who helps out a lot of Rotary people behind the scenes and doesn't ask for a dime back, just your friendship. You can go to SCOREBOARD ORLANDO.COM for their website.
The Association only supports the best and wants that in return for everybody in Association from sponsors and business relations to the newest Associate.

Association will have it's new improved name and logo soon. going to work with neodrift who just produced stickers for forum members, on some ideas/concepts and some others.
So should we take a poll on ominous names or sedate for Association, open to suggestion, if appropriate to subject
