Anyone interested in driving up to VIR in Danville, VA from Atlanta for this event?

I'm not getting much response, since gas is so expensive and we need to get a hotel for at least Saturday night, if not Friday night too.

I'm willing to go up, leaving on Friday the 11th, late afternoon. But I don't want to be the only one to drive up. I could end up taking the Mazda 3, instead of the RX-7, but that wouldn't be as fun on the parade lap. That could be an option, if we want to go up to meet rotorheads without our cars and save gas.

Well, you know I will go if my car would be done by then, but its not looking like that is going to happen. I got the engine in the car yesterday but its not all hooked up and I still have to do all the other stuff, IC, Rad, Oil Coolers, front bumper etc.
