Got a chance to run a black fd on racetrack road in Jacksonville, FL. Anyone know the guy that owns it? Kind of a short run I'd like to get in a highway pull with him maybe or at least find out whats done to the fd.

It would be my guess if it had a V8 in it you would have noticed ? If it was Black with a V8 I believe the owner's name is Brian, and if he ever finished the dual turbo install on it I doubt you'd be hanging long at all.

 

Well it had exhaust. I don't know what else he had done. Wasn't a v8 I know that for a fact.

I was on racetrack road on the 19th in a black FD with black wheels. Where you in the IS that took off? I wasn't racing, but I'm game for some highway pulls with your t78 soupra after I have the car dialed in. Go ahead and buy a nitrous kit to keep you busy while you wait.

 

No I never race anyone in the IS that's just the daily if anything it would have been me riding next to you checking out the 7 . Do you live on this side of town? I've got the 78 in garage I'm saving up for aem and fuel stuff though. So it might be awhile. What are you having done to the rx7?

Btw, It's really funny that you guessed me being as my car was apart for 3 years.

I just started working out the bugs and have some stuff apart for final touches. When I'm finished, we should have another rx meet!

 

Sorry man I was in the supra when I raced the fd. I don't race anyone if I'm driving the is300 because there is nothing done to it it's just my boring dd. I was saying that I wouldn't try to race anyone in the is300, well I guess maybe a ricer in a loud civic or something haha but not an fd. So you are going to be running a v8 TT in the fd? Is this an LS1 swap? Post up some pics or direct me to a thread if you've already got some up. I won't have anything for you in supra as I'll probably only be putting down around 650rwhp but I'm sure I can find a higher hp supra that wouldn't mind running you. How much hp are you expecting to put down?
