Holy cow, man. Im sorry to hear about this, hey if Greg needs is car back, im not really using my 88 n/a right now, you can borrow it as long as you need it, if you need it. I was going to drop it off at Toby's house after the sept meet anyway, cause i need driveway space. Glad youre ok though!

Well, let me thank everyone that has helped out. Yeah the car is beat up but my husband is alive an unhurt. The car is fixable, its just going to take time and he's gonna have to live with the cosmetic damage for a little while. Within no time yesterday after the incident, we had two offers for borrow a car. Masin was already at the house helping assess the damage and Greg was on his way to help. Last night just before bed, another member on the forum Hades12 called with a rearend and wheels to replace the bent axle for less that we could get the axle around here. Masin (dregg100)and a buddy are coming over tonight to help Skylance put in the new rear. I just don't know what we would have done without all your help. Thanks! Lisa

hey the pic that darth posted of the car under water is mine and that thunderstorm took us by surprise... that was approx. six inches inside of one hour... i have since started the car and got it running again, but now the transmission doesn't want to go into gear when the car is running... good luck, i know the feeling!

To add to it, my co-worker just blew the coolant seal in his 1st gen. So now we need a good 12a, or sell the car with bad motor. It is a very clean and well taken care of car, $1000 OBO.

It must be nice having all that time on your hands to be able to correct someone else. Don't worry, we'll be watching. Don't mess up! Move to Russia for 5 years and see how well you can do. Jerk!

It makes me laugh that anyone gives guys like that any mention whatsoever.

"Congratulations, you are a smart ***. You must lead a wonderful life full of jest and merrymaking."

Anyways, sorry to hear that man. I set my GSL-SE on fire in the rain. A little ironic. I still miss that car...

well the rear end is in and it runs actually beter than it did before the wreck imagine that only problem is my driver side window does not really want to go down easylly but that will hopefully will change with time I am sure that i will need the rear panel replaced but it might be the door also since it got pulled quite badly. Any one coming to the meet are more than wellcome to stay sunday and help me out try to get the thing semi straith again or atleast get it ready for the replacement panel (there will be beer).

OMG how did I miss the last 10 posts or so?

Ok, i have no idea who that little ****-ANT is, but let me put it to him this way . . .

GET A ******* LIFE! Too much intArw3bs for you today. "What Country are you from?" Are you serious?!? HA HA HA What an ***-hat! FYI - Lithuania. Oh, and by the way . . . English is his THIRD language. He speaks Lithuanian, Russian, AND English very fluently and to top it off, he knows some German! How many languages can you speak?

EDIT: By the way, when he came over here, he knew NO English. He received NO formal training. He picked it up on the fly!
