I fear that I might have a bad ECU, but I can't think of another test outisde of swapping temporarily with a known good ECU. My GSL-SE won't fire the injectors, and I'm running out of excuses.

If anyone has a GSL-SE ECU that I could borrow for a day, I'll happily provide door-to-door same-day pickup and return.

Crit, would the ECU in my FC work for you? So long as it doesn't fry Grace's brain, I wouldn't mind letting you pull it out to test it in your car. lol

 

I have one in my 84 gsl-se that I will not need ,I am putting in a third gen motor and tranny with its ECU . I will get it out if you need .

 

Thanks for the offer. It ran rough earlier, and now won't run at all. The injectors were sitting under the fuel rail for at least 10 years, so I sent them out to be ultrasonically cleaned and flowed (I'm surprised they weren't both completely stuck). If clean injectors don't fix things, I'll take you up on your offer.
