I'm coming back to atlanta for christmas with my family. I was wondering if anyone wants to have a get together or are there any meetings next week? I will be there from tuesday till sunday.

I have communicated with Jeremy and Marco, and they indicated they would be interested in getting together. I guess we will have to set a day, time and place to meet up.

I probably won't be there till tuesday night. Planning to drive early tuesday morning. any day is good for me. I probably won't have much to do all week.

 

if its Tuesday night I can go. I am leaving for PA wed morning. Lets do it somewhere downtown or inside the perimeter so we can all drive about the same distance. if not, its cool. I always take one for the team.

 

On 2nd thought, I doubt I can make it. I gotta pack the car that night.

no can do on sunday. I have an appointment with a customer tuning his vehicle monday morning so I wanted to make sure I have enough rest. I'll probably drive back early sunday morning.

what? why? im being serious. aside from the ogta, the rest of the atlanta rx7 club is notorious for crap meetings. we schedual a day, and half the people say they cant make it, we have it anyways, and 5 people come out of the 10 people that said they where and the other 10 that cant.

the last good meet we had was the varsity meet or the damn mazmart meet. saturday or sunday is the best days of the week.

Ok I just spoke to Steve and he has safely made it into town. He is still looking for when people want to get out and socialize. There are a few of us who don't really have the family commitments, so let do something. I am free from tonight at 6PM when I get off work thru the holidays, unless I decide to drive out of town.

So, right now there is talk of getting together for a movie on Christmas afternoon or evening, since NINE and Sherlock Holmes is opening that day.

Anyone else able to get together then, or any other day. Steve is open any day until Sunday.

I am game for either. Just give me a time. My girlfriend may be driving up from Macon to join us. I would think anytime after 3 would be good for us. However, the group rules the decision. =) Look forward to seeing everyone!

Today is the last full day that Steve is in town, before he heads back to TX. Anyone up for meeting up with Steve at Dave & Busters off of I-85N at the Steve Reynolds exit late this afternoon, about 4PM?
