i would steer clear of that guy.

lots of horror stories on bimmerforums about nightmare m3's he sells.

few people have said that he LIES alot. will not show up to show you the car when scheduled. when you call him in the middle of the day he is usually asleep. also they say he lies about mileage. if he says 70k miles, it probably has at least 10k more. which obviously you see when you view the car. one guy had approval for used car loan for a vehicle with under 100k miles. this guy told him a 2002 m3 had 99k. well, he got there, with his finance check all ready to go, already paid a deposit for the car, and the car had 105k miles. so his finance company wouldn't allow him to buy the car. took him 3 weeks to get his deposit back from E.M.

one guy on bimmerforums drove 8 hours down to NC to look at an m3 they guy had for sale. he asked a million questions before going down there. E.M. said it was immaculate, ran great.
guy got down there, the thing was a total piece of junk. paint cracking, rust, etc. didn't run well. guy was hesitant to let him test drive it.
