Anyone know a good exhaust shop in ATLANTA?

I actually need to get some pipes bent for my 6 and not my 7... 1980 BMW 635CSi. It's over 25 years old and since it's also a Euro spec model is cat exempt anyway. I basically need a downpipe from the manifolds and a muffler that ends in the middle of the car where a cat would normally be. This will save weight and of course is cheaper for me. I'm guessing a normal exhaust shop will try to sell me into buying a cat and or full exhaust...I don't want the hassle. Does anyone know of a performance shop here in Atlanta that will give me what I want? Thanks

Yes, contact turbo performance systems in Acworth. They are a small homegrown operation but do a good job. http://www.boostedsystems.com for contact info.

They start out by piece-welding a very workable exhaust, and then if you like it they can get that made in usually one-piece mandrel-bent stainless or regular steel at a really good price. I'm actually still running the piece-welded exhaust.

Joe is the guy to talk to, tell him Daniel with the turbo convertible RX-7 sent you and he might be even nicer than his normal nice self.

Don't remember. It was very reasonable tho. I think around $100 including material and labor for two custom midpipes (one with cat, one without), modify an aftermarket catback to a ball joint (gasket-less) fitting to the midpipe (for quicker change), and some other misc. turbo stuff I bought from them. But don't quote me on that, and they did give me a bit of a friends discount.
