anybody near greenville sc know how to put in time

I live in greenville and did a rebuild.. now motor won't start.. I'm at wits end to get it running.. should be something simple.. got gas and spark.. just is out of timing.

I got a fresh rebuild. S4 brigdeport. Haltech.. just need to get the timing set.. the car is on west georgia rd .
