Anybody in Jax use Bank of America?

I've tried exchanging some foreign currency at two different BoAs and had problems both times.

The first time was at the one on Normandy Blvd. They said they could do it, but there would be a $7 fee since I was not a member. I told them ok and the guy disappears for about 5 minutes looking for the required paperwork. He comes back and says he can't find the paperwork so they couldn't do it.

The second time happened at the Dunn Ave. location. At first, I was told they couldn't do that transaction for non-members. I asked the guy to confirm that for me. He leaves, and upon coming back, tells me they can do it with a $10 fee for non-members. I tell him ok since I just want to get it done. He fills out the paperwork for the first set of currency and prints my information on the form. At this point, a manager comes up and tells the teller that they can't do it for non-members. Another manager pulls me to the side and starts explaining all of this crap about how they can't do it. Frustrated, I leave.

I drive 30 mins. across town to my credit union to deposit some money. When I got back into my car, there was a message on my cellphone. The manager who had pulled me out of line had called me to tell me they had made a mistake, and that if I hadn't already exchanged the money, she would appreciate it if I came back to do the transaction.

To BoA, I now say, "**** off." I will not let them make any money off of me- they already had two chances to get it right.

Sooooo...I propose this: I have 40 British pounds and 10 Euros which comes out to about $75. I am willing to sell these for $50. All you would have to do, as a BoA customer, is stand at the teller (the next time you are there) for an extra 10 minutes while they fill out the paperwork. You make $25 for 10 minutes of your time.

Anyone interested? If so, I will be at the D&B meet on the 17th- we can do the exchange there.
