What's up guys just wondering if anybody is going to formula d this weekend if so where is everybody meeting to roll up together.I got an invite to roll with a bunch of wrx's but I'd rather roll with the no piston pack.

Wish I was in the middle of a t2 swapi would had done the swap but bad timing I had to get the car running so I went with a rebuild

I'll be there tonight. I was planning on bringing the TurboII, but my dumbass broke off a vacuum hose connector the other day. She'll be down 'till Monday.

Anyways, I got free tickets and the possibility of media passes. My brother and I are going. He's not a rotard though.

 

Who else went and found the event really disappointing? This is my third time going, I went to the very first Drift Atlanta and the one last year, and I think the whole thing is getting way too drawn out. The down time between runs was INSANE, we felt like leaving before they even started the tandem runs. You'd think they queue up the other drivers in the middle of the runs, keep stuff going. Parking was an absolute nightmare too, and I don't remember it ever being that bad. We sat in the truck for a solid 45 minutes without even moving. I don't think I'll be attending next year.

 

I got there right when the tandem runs started. I didn't have any parking troubles. It might have taken me 3 minutes from the time I paid my parking ticket to the time I parked. We left after the semi-finals, and it took a grand total of 5 minutes or less to get out of there.

 

so how bout the jerk off with the blue FD that wanted 45k for it? lol

 

Haha The price went up 5k since the Mitty! If it the one with single turbo, Tan interior, 99 front end, polished wheels.,etc..

Yeah i about laughed in his face when we asked him at the Mitty. he says he has double that in it and anyone who "knows" rx7's will have no trouble paying that., and he'll just "mothball" it until someone pays it....good luck with that!!
