Greg36, there are 3/4 rex owners out there. One is Bob's very nice black gsl-se turbo.

 

ive heard of him, and definately want to meet him. i really want to see his setup, cause i would like to turbo my car soon. but i really need someone that can help me when it comes to putting a new clutch in my car (my current one slips real bad cause its mkaing too much power for the stock clutch.) and i also wanna find someone who can help me rebuild and street port my car. im sure these are high aspirations, but my father just recently left for afghanistan. he's usually my mechanic and helped me do a lot of things...but like he said...hes not here. i need someone to help me witht he clutch most, because i kinda wanted to do the rebuild and streetport with him...i dunno, kinda a father-son thing.

 

Well when your ready to do the clutch thing holla at us. You will have to come down here though to do it (tools are here).

which clutch should i go with and how much would it be?

 

Down south of nashville. Either my place or charles. He is on the north side of murfreesboro and will probally be the place to do the work.

As far as clutches, I would need to know if your car is all stock. If so and you have a budget I would say just get a replacement one from the part store. I like going up to a 30% more holding clutch so I went with a centerforce stage 1 clutch, but my car has about 30-40 more hp than it did when stock.

Yours isn't white by any chance? I've seen a first gen. around that's white and I believe has a tach. outside the windshield. Only seen it when it drives by or when I drive by it.

 

Shanon, if the one your talking about is an off white that is Richie's old car. It should have my panasports still on it, well it did when he sold it.

Yea, it must be that one then. It's a nice looking car. I see it at WalMart sometimes (Sango WalMart) and actually believe the guy doesn't live that far from me since I saw his car parked in front of a house in my neighborhood. He could have been just visiting though.
