Damn expensive toys!
Another 7
Thought I would throw my name into the hat.
I too toil at Camp Swampy. I have a silver 94 PEP. bought it second-hand in '98, have had a little work done on it.
Does anyone know of any good rotary experienced mechanics near Lejeune?

Working on it, haven't seen to many people that have had good luck with doing this but I'm pretty determined since it's the reason I came to Okinawa in the first place. Originally I was going to get my hands on a Nissan R34 but decided against it because of the current OBDII issue with the EPA on all Skylines.
My intent is to get my hands on a similar model FD as mine and use it for a parts car during the importation process to lower the price on everything. There are several issues I know off hand that will flag my car but hopefully I can get it through legally, if not than I'll attempt the Race Only option.

Sounds good,
Even though Jacksonville isn't the most pleasent spot for a import secene, I enjoyed my time there even when the cops where hassaling me about my car all the time.

I was with 2nd AAV's from 2001-2004 and I'm currently at Schwab now with CAB. I'll probably be back there in the Bay sometime next year or so, sooner if possible.
You may recall seeing my Blue Civic Si out in the Bay when you got out there, I left in January of 2004.
