Nah, no such luck. I haven't got the time or money to get it running now. At least I finally have a title for it, though. It's been sitting in my driveway for the last 3 years or so with only a rather ambiguous bill-of-sale chain linking it to me. It's official now, though.

Sadly, I'll be driving a boinger to the meet. I'm interested to see what it puts down at Carter Race, though, assuming he has an AWD dyno.

BTW, sorry I won't be joining you guys for your BBQ. I'd really love to go, but I have to be down in Hardeeville at like 8:00 the morning of the 7th to get the setup finalized.

 

dont worry about it, we will see you sat, and really appreciate all the work you have done to organize the event. (and the other planners/organizers) the only request i have is that you have a good time while it's going on instead of running around with your head cut off trying to make sure everything is perfect. i have seen that happen way too many times!

I'm going to be in Charleston that weekend anyway for a July 4th shindig at my parent's house. They live on the IoP. I'm going to take my car down there to redo the exaust anyway cos pops has got the tools to do it at his place. He races Porsches but is building his first 13b now. He probably wouldn't mind if one or 10 of you guys stopped by to give him some pointers. He's wanting to build a tube chassis, mid engine rotary racer for some new class the SCCA is going to introduce next season.

Anyway, I might just drive down with you guys for the hell of it, since I'm going tha way anyway. And I'll have an extra seat if someone wants to ride. I got my AC and cruise hooked up this week, so it's ready for a trip.
