Luis, I have gone from 253 lbs to 232 lbs in a matter of 7 weeks following a great plan that allows you to eat 6 times per day... exercise is important though.. even if you work with horses and may not get out to the gym it's important to do some cardio by perhaps skipping rope or the best way is to use an elliptical machine at home. That's is you are not able to join a gym. If you want the restructuring plan let me know.. I will make you a copy.. and it really does work. I have family members that have been on this plan and they have lost a lot of weight and depleted body fat.

5 days per week you follow the plan.. on the weekends you can stabilize by pigging out soto speak.. even eat Pizza... Let me know.

 

What did you do with your RX7 ? why did you sell it ? if you sold it or you just not using it for now?

I drove an '88 Honda to the 4th Meet.

and I rode a 2001 Harley davidson to the 5th Meet.

Get there however you can... even on a skateboard.

Gotta watch Mel Gibson in Mad Max to understant where we are headed with these gas prices. Its going to be an all out war and car jacking for gas.
