in desparate need. i live in lexington south carolina. i have 2 1991 rx's being GIVEN to me down in james island (charleston) for my 21st birthday, but have no way to get them. im renting a trailer from uhaul, but have no truck to transport the cars. im giving $100 to anyone willing to drive down there in a truck, plus gas food beer ect. i just need some help, and any would be awesome.

Not trying to be a smart *** or anything, but why don't you rent a pickup truck or something too?

no offense man, i have tried truck rentals and what not, looks like truck rental is out the window, im under 25 and have a bad record but thats why im on here asking other 7 guys, for a lil help. and dregg i need to do it this saturday most likely early, cause depending on the vehicle, it may take 2 trips. i feel so bad about even asking, but i have no other choice. its costing me like $50-$100 just for the trailer, depending on the hitch thats on the truck, and like i said, im paying for everything, i just need help with the transportation.

 

i guess i should say as well, its 130 miles away, which means a 260 mile trip, yeah, there is always a catch, i dont expect anyone to be able to help, but i do appreciate anyone who has tried. looks like ill be paying out the *** for a tow company....

 

Chris, unfortunately, I have no way to help you out with the towing, but if you need any help with the cars once you get them back, let me know. I'm over in Irmo.

Also, just curious...what model 7s are they? GXL, TII?

Hey Reese long time no hear, once i get the cars here we will def. give them both a once over. i have a friend wiulling to do it as of right now, but finding a trailer that will hold both isnt going to be likely. im thinking one that has a bad starter can be push started possibly and the other one, well it was abandoned and well, i dont want to go too much into detail but that one will most definiately be towed, parts car only, but possibly has a new motor. more details as i get them.

Going to Saluda after work today to get the trailer. I am going to pick up my stepson from school (White Knoll High) when I get off at 3:30 and then plan on being at Lowes around 4. It might be a few minutes after, but not much....Chuck

thanks to chuck mitch and stanley, i now have both cars at the house. link to the video after we loaded thm both up, getting a lil dark, but u get the idea, ill post more when i get more.
