Thanks but I couldnt ask you to bring a grill since you are traveling from Orlando..
it should be one of the local people but they are not responding and I have sent them emails... its a common thing with some of the usual attendees.. they dont respond to emails or posts on the forums. What can I do ?

I tell you that sometimes organizing events is a headache due to lack of participation from some of its members. Out of 23 people on the list only 3 have responded including you.
