1st gen axle help

Any suggestions on where to have rear axles redrilled from 4x110 to 5x114 in South Florida? If not, any ideas on where to take axles to have the bearings pressed off to remove back plate. Then I can ship the axles out of town to be machined.
Thanks
Tom

Is there enough room on the flange to drill the 5 bolt pattern and clear the existing 4 bolt pattern and the 2 hole brake rotor pattern?

I Believe so. There is only 11/64 difference in pattern size and I would change to pressed in lugs. I do believe that some of the old holes need to be plugged.
Lopez no longer does this in Miami.
