1993 engine replacement

I just purchased a 1993 rx7 that needs an engine. I need advise of whom to purchase a short block and any upgrades I should do while having the engine replaced. I do not want a race engine just a weekend driver I can light up occasionally. I've researched the internet and their are lots of companies out their. I would like an engine with new rotor housings and preventive upgrades. The turbo control vacuum lines and switching solenoids plus exhaust systems musts. Your advice is most appreciated.
