why are you so unreliable

ive already posted on here about the clutch you never sent me so i wont get into that again but since posting on the uk forums about this so many people have said they have had loads of trouble getting stuff out of you and that you are unreliable.

why be like that if you are upfront about items you cant get or are having delivery issues at least be upfront so people have the choice to get the bits from elswhere.

for my order i spoke to you on the phone and emailed you about delivery cost and time and confirmation from you it was all despatched and after i got the ok i got the garage to start work on my car, now youve let me down i will incure more costs. if you had just been honest instead of deceitful you would of lost a sale but kept a customer and got good feedback in the uk rotary community instead of me chasing you and having to air all this in the forums

Simon,
It really helps if you talk to me about this first so you are not jumping to conclusions. You ordered this clutch on the 2nd and it was shipped the same day. The problem is US Postal routed this to Argentina for some reason. Our customs forms show that we had your correct address and it was sent to the UK. Postal really screwed this up. We will file a claim with the postal service and refund you your money. Next time an email would have cleared this up.

actually the item was ordered and paid for on the 30th jan and i spoke to you on the monday the 1st to sort out the extra postage cost you despatched it on fri the 5th, it left america on the 10th reached england on the 15th and then got despatched to me on the 16th. the only problem is the ups docket i have says the tracking number you gave me was for one package weighing 4lbs so this did not include the clutch. either you have another tracking number or you didnt send it out.

as far as contacting you i pm'd you on here, i emailed at 11.24 your time after i couldnt get a response from your tel number after about 20 times. i have continued to call you about every 20minutes all day today and had to resort to posting on here as i had no way to reach you.

so unfortunatley unless i got on a plane and flew there i have exhausted every option i had to reach you.

oh yeah i also contacted parcel force worldwide who share the same info from usps on there website to see if there was anything else held up in transport or customs for my postcode and they could find no record of anything else in transit to me.

if anyone else wants to check here is the tracking number of the single box and confirmation of all the dates CJ157001774US put it in parcel force uk or usps and you will see it backs up my timeline to this whole thing

You ordered 2 items and the tracking you posted was for the short shifter. The clutch was sent on the 2nd. Tracking on the clutch is CP877158846US. If you need proof that is was shipped I can post a copy of the customs form.

On the front page of our website it says we were closed today because of the weather here. We got a foot of snow which kept us closed all day. I did get your email later this afternoon, but responded to your PM instead.

Like I said if you contact me before coming in here and complaining this could have been resolved pretty quick.

Your options are I can send another clutch tomorrow or just refund your money minus the short shifter.

if there was 2 tracking numbers maybe you should of sent me that one aswell so i actually had it to check instead of giving me one and confirming by email that both items had been despatched on the 5th. i double checked my account and there is only one tracking number listed.

as far as anything else goes i paid upfront, i contacted you and phoned you everytime i had cause to. i tried every means today to get a response. it is not my fault that you didnt give me the right tracking number, that the parcel is in argentina, that you had snow, that you have been uncontactable by every means known to man today ( and i tried them all) and can you blame me for trying to find out whether or not you are a dependable trader or not by asking questions on the forum you use to sell your goods incase i was going to loose $680.

the measure of you as a company should not be to have a go at me for posting details of this but to apologies and rectify the situation as easily as possible. you have given me the 2 options regarding this i have pm'd you back and rest assured once this is settled i will of course post on the threads that you have done the right thing and the situation is rectified.

I see it like this. You say you tried to contact me every way possible today to get an answer. For one my phone system specifically said we were closed so calling a bunch of times is going to say the samething. You emailed me at 11:40am. I typically take 24 hours to respond to an email. You then PM'd me on the forum. So one minute after sending me your email you come on here and create a post complaining without giving me time to respond. Your post was not trying to find out anything, but more of a complaint that I ripped you off. The title of your post gives that away. That is my problem with this. You didnt give me any chance to respond without making a complaint. As soon as I saw your PM I sent you a reply.
I'm not blaming you for anything but stating that you jumped the gun a little by not giving me any time to respond.

Everything I order from 7store arrives on time. They are always honest and usually carry many items in stock.

+1 from another happy customer.

did some some searching and found this...

Ill post more details later... but long story short I have an FD that. Local race shop is building for me... we decided to try out rx7 store the website looked really nice we went with..

Gt35r turbo kit with 44mm tial
vmount intercooler and radiator
greddy elbow
hks twin power
power FC
Full hks exuast
ultimate fuel system

We have had nothing but problems with rx7 store... from not receiving parts for weeks to them NEVER answering the phone.. and when they do they claim parts have been shipped but they don't have the tracking number yeah right. My car has been sitting at the shop now for three months because we keep getting bullshitted its rediculous. I don't like paying for crappy service and neither doesn anyone else. Not to mention NONE of the products come with instructions, if you do manage to get someone on the phones and have a questions about the product (intercooler brackets that don't even come CLOSE to fitting) they don't have a clue.. almost like they are just the middle man. The oil lines and fuel lines were way to short to use and finally everything came in the last week.. except for the hks twin power and the powerFC.. which were SUPPOSEDLY shipped oh all of a suddon they can't get hks ignition right now "they are on backorder" then why was I told it was shipped? They said same thing about power fc but guess what I called around and found the people he gets the power fc from the rx7 store hasn't even contacted him about one.. aparently rx7 store gets power fc cheaper from apexi and they were out of stock.. so basically I was told a lie because rx7 store couldn't make the desired profit off of the power FC..

I must say this has been more than unpleasant and I will never NEVER use them again. I asked for my money back on the hks and power fc and I will be getting them from the source.. I hope nobody else has to go through this...

Not sure who you are or what order this is so its hard to understand whats going on.
I will point out that I have been waiting on HKS twin powers for 2 months along with Power FC. I get my Power FC thru Apex and they havent had any in a while. Every once in a while I have called around to try to find one from a different shop but my discount is bad and dont go that route very often. If you found a shop that had one in stock then why didnt you just order thru them? I have been telling customers that have been waiting for a while to see if they can find them elsewhere because I wont be getting them until Apex gets another shipment.
Just for your info we are "THE MIDDLE MAN" for most parts, just like every other retailer. Unless we manufacturer the product then we are reselling the item.
Most of these items do not come with instructions but can usually be found online. Intercooler instructions are on Greddys website, etc..
If your shop needs instructions to install this stuff then they have never worked on an RX-7 before and I would be more worried about that than anything.

If you have concerns about an order its easier to call me.

update:
I actually remember this order and your raceshop has called me many times for tech support on installing this stuff. They have no clue what their doing. I also told them when they ordered the Power FC and twin power that its on backorder and no ETA, so its not my fault if they didnt relay that to you. This actually pisses me off because I have virtually talked them thru installing every damn item on your car. Spent probably over an hour on the phone with them. I also never charged them for the Power FC and twin power so everything paid for was thru them and not on my side. Sounds like your shop it giving you the run around.

no no..

The shop isnt giving me the run around jason, i know the owner personally and one thing i can tell you for sure is he doesnt hire idiots.. when parts take weeks and weeks to get in and when they do half the **** doesnt fit and has to be either replaced or fabricated people get frustrated.. and the last thing anybody wants to do is send em back to you and wait another 6 freakin weeks to get the right stuff.. so what happens? people get fed up and shop through other vendors. And once again instead of addressing the problem you are blaming the buyer, or shop in my case. Sucks i wasnt lucky enough to be one of the buyers who only got one or two parts and they managed to get here fast with no problems. Thnx for all the help buddy.

You need to talk with your shop then because every part they ordered from me, I told them when it would be there and it got there on time. The turbo kit was there in under 5 days. I told them it would take up to two weeks for the intercooler and the exhaust parts were there in 3 days. I specifically told them both the power FC and twin power were on backorder and not sure when they would be in. I never even charged them for those, so dont blame me for that problem. I even told them to call around and see if they could find one from a different source.
I talked to them plenty of times and not once did they mention something was not fitting correct or missing parts. They just dont know how to install the stuff. Believe me I have installed those same parts a hundred times with no issues.
You need to learn that parts for a 20 year old car are hard to come by sometimes and we dont make the parts. Its up to the manufacturer to get us the parts. Im sure there is a shop that may have a power FC in stock or twin power but I sell more of that stuff than anyone and its hard for me to keep in stock. You should see the line of people I have for both those items.
If you want parts you can find on the shelf at every shop in the country then buy a Honda.

The owner of your shop may not hire idiots but they werent smart enough to install RX-7 parts without calling me a hundred times.

I want to know what specifically was not fitting on your car? because the last time I talked with them they said everything was fine.

Really a hundred times? Now i understand what they were talking about they were just being professional and didnt wana tell me these exact words.. dude ur kind of a douche. But hey i guess when you own a business and have parts that people NEED then they will just put up with it huh.

They called me many times for help on the install, which I dont have a problem with, but when they are telling you things dont fit they dont know what their talking about. They told you that then called me and I told them how its supposed to work. That is my issue. Your are complaining about service on my end based off what your shop it telling you. I'm telling you they are not telling you the whole story. What should have happened is you ordered the parts directly from me and not gone thru them. First, it would have saved you some money because I would have discounted the parts and we wouldn't be going thru this he said she said crap. Also when your shop initially ordered the turbo kit etc.. they didnt order the Power FC and twin power at that time. They called me 2 weeks later wanting to order those which is when they found out we didnt have them and probably started to scramble looking for them so they could finish your car. Fact is I shipped everything I had in an acceptable amount of time and the items I didnt have I told them that. I consider that good service along with the fact I gave them a ton of tech support for your car.

hi, if you let me say something i want to tell that im a Rx7Store Costumer from Argentina, i ordered a LOT of stuff from jason, he always sent me everything and he has maybe the best prices including shipping cost, he also have a LOT of stuff so to me itīs easier to buy everything i want from him and i always had a great service, the last thing a bought was a GTX35R turbo kit, im installing it right now, i had a few troubles installing the kit but was just for my unexperience, and the things that i had to correct were because i didīt like or because i thought they could work better in another way, but if i keep the things just like jason sold them to me, they also work perfectly...

so.. im a Very happy costumer, jason thanks for everything, and im a costumer who is a bit far from him, so things are always more dificult to me, but jason always helped me out to have what i want

Thanks and happy new year!
