I've sent messages inquiring about availability of parts from the website about once a month for the last 3 months with no response - ever.
Does anyone work there?

My bad, I was using rx7store.com instead of .net just now - .net loads just fine.

Also if you call try to do it in the morning as that is the best time. Once afternoon hits Im on the phone the rest of the day and it can be hit or miss getting thru.
