Who's in the wrong?
Ha sorry I was way to tired to post that. What happened was my friend was in the passing lane doing about 70( speed limit in that area is 65) and he was catching up to traffic so he began to slow down. The BMW driver was just entering the express way when he jumper all the way the passing lane and had to slam on his brakes to avoid hitting the upcoming traffic. When he came into the lane he was "5 feet" from the bike. My friend then had to hit his braless which sent him over his handle bars and under the BMW.

Actually he got lucky enough to brake 1 wrist and spring another. but he did have a lot of road rash which kept him in bed at his home for quite a while. The bike was completely totaled, I could not even recognize it as a motorcycle anymore. he is going to buy another bike this summer with the insurance money and the tax return from next season.
i thought this is common etiquette on twisty roads.. if someones on your ***, first you try to out run them
