ok so when i was 16 i bought my first rx7 it was a 90 gtu that turned to be a parts car since my friend bought a 88 t2 i got the crappy left overs some specs where headers (not sure what brand) 3" straight pipe with no muffler air intake

the engine was bad i now think it was a coolant seal because it ran ok just flooded and would back fire but also coolant warning light was always on but if i rev to 3k it would shut off the warning buzzer

also when i would redline i couldn't hear the buzzer ether the exhaust was so loud or it didn't work

I wish I had a rx7 wen I was 16teen. !

A word of advice, I don't know exactly your age but take it easy in public roads, you are not as good as a driver as you think you are! You are NOT invincible and don’t say it can’t happen to you, because it can. Just trying to help. I lost some friends wen I was 17. They died because they were speeding and lost control , went head on to and on coming car with family. Thankfully the family survived.

well now i'm 19 and i don't drive like that anymore done with the street racing now i just want to build my car to have enough power nice looks and take it to the track... my friend actually crashed his t2 a few weeks after he got it running from the cops (dumb ***)

i know i was stupid for driving like that specially in streets i can only imagine what would have happen if a kid ran into the street after a ball.

dats funny i crashed it but it was better dan jail!!!! and yeah i miss my first fc i really put a lot of hard work fixing all the details and paint on it too bad u sold it alex i would have bought it back

 

dam dat realy suks but a good driver knows his limitations but others get lucky. i learned it da hard way after loosing my license but i got it back and im planning o keeping it too!!!!!

 

I got my first fc when I was 16. and then a month later I tryed to drift a turn on a public road doing 60,and I gave it to much counter steer and I shot left over a curb and in to an empty parking lot. bluw three tyres and bent up the bumper bent the rocker panle and bent an exhuast tip shut. the car is still ok though im still driveing it as my daily driver Im actuly glade this happend because it tought me a very importent lesson drifting belongs on the track.
