a thought....please help

i had a question for all the rx owners out there. i am planning to buy 2 alpiner 10"subs for my rx. i want to place them in teh little compartments behind the seat (2nd gen) to conceal them, ive seen this done before. however im not sure how the sound quality would be and not only this i am wondering since the subs would be facing upwards, do u think i really need 2 subs? i am beginning to think it would be overkill. please feed me ideas thanks!

well IMHO and from what i have been told....no matter where you put the subwoofer you get the same amount of bass if it was either in your face, facing upside down, or something of the like....intensity will be about the same, a single 10" sub is plenty of boom for our small cars...2 is overkill IMO because you will just be rattling the car...even with dynamat or someother sound supression/insulation

You want them either facing rear or slightly angled up and towards rear.
