subs in a vert
where do you recommend one could put subs in a 91 vert? the trunk is pretty small. i thought about the putting them where the rear speakers are, right behind the seat, but i dont think its got the right acoustics.

Depends how much bass you want to make and how much energy(and money) you are willing to spend to get it. I have a 91 vert and being that I do car audio for a living, I went pretty much all out. I removed the space saver spare and cut out the bracing, built a fiberglass box for 2 fosgate 10's that drops in in its place and moved the space saver spare to the trunk up against the license plate area(the normal place for it in the coupes). Then I had a small "hat" made of carpet to cover the spare and match the trunk carpet and viola! No loss of function, killer bass and no trunk rattles. Also vented the bass into the cabin under the wind blocker...works great and its hidden, amps behind seats. Hope this helps. Tom G
