Do it your self. A deck and speakers can run from $200-infinity. What year and model is your car?

NEWB...first of all this forum is for Multimedia Audio and Video not to ask about your audio system. But anyways, put it this way...the more you spend on your system the better it sounds, that's the key. Unless it's stolen...heheheh!

bashing. that sums of these forums nowadays. i misread the title, i noticed afterward that i had posted in the wrong section.

anyways if a mod could delete this or move this that'd be great.

its very easy to re route the speaker wires. if you go to a shop, I work at sound advice in FL and we charge 49.99 for a deck install, I think 49.99 for speaker install and its prolly gonna be 50-100 to re run the speaker wire. all of that stuff is pretty basic if you go to like bestbuy or circut city they have the wire harness that plugs into the factory harness and then its just matcing up the colors to the radio harness. on the radio harness the 2 green, 2 purple, 2 white and 2 grey are your speaker wires there labled you just put your speakerwires there and run them to your speakers. I would suggest if your gonna do a amp for the highs or a sub you take it some where if you have never done it. and like what was said befor it just depends on how much your into audio on how much you wanna spend you can get some nice coaxils for under $200 and they will sound ok, or you can go as far as spending over $1000 for MB quarts(over priced) and then you will need to get a amp to run them and the price keeps going and going and going.

The question is, how much do you want to spend? You can install BOSS radio and speaker for less than $150, or a similar setup under a high end brand, and pay over $500!!
