Those wheels are without a doubt TE37s. USA only knows of flat TE37s because we get super high ugly offsets. The offsets on those TE37s are around +15's. Plus I saw that car in person but yea, TE37s can look amazing when you get a lower offset.

Badass pics! I must say they build some crazy cars. My friend has one of their cars here. In the gallery section on Re-Amemiya's page, red FD3S button, spot 29 is the car that is now his. Badass car if I must say. It pulls so strong and healthy.
