So this is the first rx7 I have owned, I love it. My original motor seazed up on me, I think it was not getting enouph oil. I replaced the motor and finally got the carb and timing tuned on the car and running pretty good. After head ache and head ache.

The tires are street tires they came with the car. Summit radial Trac p185/70r13

The engine is a funny story. My original motor seazed on me was not getting enouph oil.
So my brother was really into these cars when he was my age. He had an 85 rx7 that he was working on. On the way to the Track the car fell off the trailer and was totalled. He kept the motor it sat in his buddies garage for about 9 years. When my motor seazed we decided to put my brother's old motor in. It started right up after sitting all that time. ( that is the motor in the video).
I am still learning about these cars when I asked him what is done to this motor he just replied really big ports.
Right now it has a Holley 650 carb,would like to change to a 750. Dual.
A holley fuel pump and regulator to.
A dual friction centerforce clutch suprisingly grabs really well.

That was a pretty badass pull. I know all the tire screeching drama doesn't add to the acceleration but it adds a lot to the excitement.
