Here's a shot of my FD, with the S-Techs;

 

I like how they sit. About an inch and a half lower than stock?

 

If you're planning to put bigger wheels on the car I would be carefull with the s-techs. I have them on my car with 18" wheels and I find it a little too low. If I were to do it again I would probably go for the H&R springs.
