Photoshop request please
I suck at using photshop so I was hoping for a little help. Phone dials, Satin Black w/ silver/gray rim and silver gray center piece (where it says mazda)

If I were you, I would take some aircraft stripper to the whole wheel and polish the center cap and lip, while painting the center black, then go over the whole wheel with a good clear coat.
