First off i'd like to apologize at how bad this turned out. Those wheels are REALLY hard to work with, when the picture was blown up it was really blurry and i couldn't really tell which part needed to be colored. Also didn't know if you literally wanted JUST the center section, or the section around the center but still in the middle; if that makes sense.

I added the ducks just for fun, cause i messed up so badly on the other part. Added tint to the side mirrors and windshield. Deleted stickers. Removed license plate.

what exactly do you mean by the rim center

I wanted the center spokes the color of the car with just the chrome lip,I m thinking of powder coating them.

I'm no guru...but I hope this helps! It was kind of difficult to do a better job because of the image resolution. However, hopefully this will give you a general idea of what you're looking for though. Enjoy!
