Need Opinion on Switching Body-kits for my FD
I have been thinking about changing up the front half of the car, once again.
Right now it has the cf n1 hood, burnout front, rmagic fenders, and rotary run racing headlights.
To this:
I would modify the turnsignals some how, but other then that i would keep the entire front half which includes the hood, lights, fenders and front bumper. Cost is roughly 4500, i would try to find a kit used but i think that would be near to impossible.
So what do you guys think? Make the switch? Im sure i could get close to $3000 for the parts i have now.

do eeet. the RE-light conversion front end is more rare than the rotary run racing lights. the car will look wider and beefier than the front end now which makes the car look kinda sharp and long .. IMO
but i would save the RRR lights for your next FD
*you should make a poll for this*

Do it, but do it right. If you do that front end, i vote to keep the stock rear end. You may need a wing or diffuser to give it "that look".
If not, best to keep it the way it is.

Leave it alone but get rid of that C-West rear, the car looks sweet til you get to the rear .
It just doesn't look right with the Feed style side skirts, or get the C-west sides.
IMHO the car looks great til you get to that last piece.

Seibon TS, fitment is great
i like the cwest rear and agree the sideskirts are a bit out of place. I am just not a big fan of the cwest sideskirts, they are way too aggressive. I might switch to the apexi sideskirts.

i've seen your car since its inception here on the forum, and the entire time i've honestly just hated it. I really don't mean to take a **** on your love and time, but I'm speaking up now in an absolute opinion that yes, you should change the look of the car. As most others have been saying, the C-west rear simply ruins the front to aft flow of the car, but then again, so does your front to your sides. So the c-west rear needs to go for sure, I'm sure you can find a stock rear and add a diffuser.
As for your fenders, they are rarely seen on the forum and I'm quite sure I've seen many with the bugeye RE-A kit you're considering.
The rotary run headlights, although unique, are a style of a time passed, and without covers simply looks like a smoother version of the east bear headlights, which we can all agree are hideous.
The burnout front is simple and favored by many on the forum, but in my opinion only looks good in black because it hides the fact that the front destroys the smooth "roundness" to the car and in place puts a simple (clean), but generic and un-outstanding look to the car. It works for VIP style cars, but be ready to slam the car on 19+ wheels.
Your wheels I hope you upgrade as well.
Now I hope you don't take too much offense to what I've said, but with your new teetering decision on the RE-A kit; this is one of the most beautiful, unique looks to the FD that no one has ventured forth to on this forum (other than magazine dude but his is a show car). I can give you credit for being adventerous with the car in its state now, but to put that new front on would credit you for not only being adventerous, but being extremely successful in a gorgeous, unique look. RE-A has at least three versions of that front right now, and in fact they just unveiled their final design recently which is a "997" so to speak update to the front.
It may not have been officially stated, but the FC and FD were designed in leiu with porsches for their classic and timeless designs, and this isn't simply a replica, but an honorable mention to add to the beautiful design of the FD. for 4500, i think that's a steal. sell your old stuff and do this, and I'm 100% sure that you'll wake up every morning thereafter and **** golden bricks in delight.

I'll be honest Pure, your current body style doesn't flow very well. The sideskirts do not match the lowness of the front and rear bumper and the rear view mirrors are very bulky for the sleekness of the entirety of the car.
I would go with a RE Amemiya Rear view mirrors, Stock rear bumper, Sanai Works Rear Diffuser, and 5 or 6 spoke bronze rims.
