My visit to RX-7 heaven...seriously (pics and vids)
Well a little while ago I went to Japan for a study abroad. While out there you know I had to hit up some 7 shops. This one was closest (Nagoya) and was called Total 7. http://www.total7.jp/ I'm sure some have heard of it and it really is everything you'd think it would be.
Basically they are a RX-7 dealer but they have a track car and some other projects. They mostly just aquire 7s, fix them up a little and sell them. Communication was hard since I knew very little Japanese and the guys knew very little English. I had to basically communicate like I was 5 years old but I wasn't there for the chit chat. All in all the owner was cool as hell and took me for a ride in one of the cars. Nothing special but it sure put a smile on my face. They even put me and my buddy up on their blog...

I will just let the pics and videos do the rest of the talking.
(ok so I can't upload the pics as attachments (too big and WAY too many) and no free picture upload site will accept the file sizes (most are ~5mb) and there are over 160. I had previously made an album on facebook with re-sized and selected pics so I'm just going to post a link to that.)
I didn't put up any pics of the store(they had a TON of rare parts) and I didn't put up a lot of the FCs but this should be enough for now

If anyone knows of a free hosting site that will accept bigger file sizes and an option for batch upload, LMK.
Also, I have a FULL walk around video that I'm editing right now where I walk by EVERY car and even inside the store. I'll get that up in a day or two because it's LONG but good.
Enjoy fellas
and here's the short spirit R vid....please excuse me...I act like a little boy in a candy shop ;-)

you know I meant to post something in the 2nd gen section because I know ZERO about FCs and special models and stuff but according to these guys that car was very rare. It was MINT MINT MINT condition and I have never seen another with the interior like it. Check it out:

Yeah, those are the best quality photos I've ever seen of one of the rare '92 convertibles. I'm wondering if the tan glove box door and tan radio surround came like that from the factory or whether that was done by the owner. I know the tan seats were stock.
