i wonder why they said the rotary compares to a 2.3 litre pistonengine? Im thinking poweroutput is that they were talking about.

Because motor racing applies a piston equivalence factor of 1.8 to rotaries, so 1308cc becomes 2354cc.

dont get me wrong, I love the show now, but I cant even imagine it being on the air very long with hosts like that. that guy was imposible to listen to.

in the key at teh end, they said the 7 had 2345cc engine..... strange.

Seen it before, but always a good watch. He grinds 3rd gear not 5th. Anyone notice that when hes at 110 in 4th the rev buzzer is going off at at 5K rpm? The video editing looks to be a bit fishy. Hes at 6K rpm in 4th at 100Mph, then when hes at 110Mph they show the cluster again. He is at 5Krpm and the buzzer is going off as he hits 120 into 5th. WTF?

Is that the same airstrip that the show is currently filmed on and may be leaving?

Oops... When I typed that up, I just remembered hearin the gear grind. I thought it was 5th, but wasn't sure.
