Finally got my FD canada side, and have been driving around for the past couple days. The car is better than i could have ever imagined. The RE-A short shifter with the metal collar shifts smooth and precise. So here is some pics

is that spare original if not WHERE THE HELL do you get them....sorry about the caps i had on with my 87 and i want that spare rim for the 85..o and your car lol beautiful only one problem why does the spedo only go to 180 km lol??

Thats because all the Jap rx7's are speed limited to 180km/h when using the standard ecu. So you cant go above that speed there is no need to measure any higher.

Most if not all Jap cars are the same.

Oh and the spare is actually a enkei item... i got 2 of them. Look so much cooler then your average spare and weight next to nothing.

 

Yes it is the stock FD spare. It's a 16x4 Enkei wheel and it comes in yellow.

are u sure they came yellow i bought my second gen and it had a silver one and it didn't seem to be painted as it had the original markers? anyone want to sell one?

 

The spare tire wheel is yellow in color. Its kind of cool that its made by Enkei (sp?).
