the main character sounds like a hick and bow wow is in as a supporting role. looks gay as f***.

Yes its gay and yes there is a Fd in it. Im pretty sure its SMP's fd actually. Just listening to bow wows description of drifting made me agitated. I tell you , that movies gonna make the teenage ricer death tolls rise.

the Fd has the fortune kit on it. the 350z has a kit we sell on it. i was really let down too when i saw the trailer. bow wow and a cowboy?! hmmmmm

I dunno...I may get flammed for this response..but lets see.

The emphasis of this movie is drifting. A couple 350 and FD make a couple appearances. So if the original installment was of any indication with how the Supra's value somewhat rose...maybe the FD will finally up in value as this topic was recently discussed with the KBB and NAPA. Supply n' demand in effect. Sadly, if this is the case...if FD's go up in value with the birth of a new generation of FD owners, most likely late teens...in effect, this could stir these new owners with the attempt to mod their "new" FD cars and drift/rag it out/drive-to-drive-not-knowing-what-they-have. Side note..driftin' isn't bad (except for driftin' into a rail/etc)...but it does put more wear down which could be future problem. I'm not saying all teens are horrible/carless drivers but it seems the majority of the accidents and mishaps occur within the first few years of getting their license (16+). Judgement and experience improve overtime when driving. With that in mind, the FD's already scarce existence will decline even more possibly as it has already dwindled over the years. But ultimately, caring for our own FDs is the most important thing...not others. =/

I dunno...my two cents on this movie and possibly our FDs' effect.

I seriously hope the FD will never be a car that dumb ***** own. It hurst enough to see a riced FD, just imagine a riced FD with a ricer moron behind its wheel on teh streets, and raped around lamp posts, and crashed into freight trucks.

FD fatalities will skyrocket.

and if youl ook at like 1:50ish , they do the freakin 60 mph on reverse in a 350z in front of the Veilside FD ( jsut like in the evo8 in the not 2 fast not 2 furious )

oh btw guys .... careful when driving out of the theatre not to get side swipped by a drifting FWD !!! please let the RX community stay as some of the better drivers around and dont get too excited !!!

ya i in the movie ther is a rx7 but it has the veilside body kit on it and also it has different headlights on it. its like an orange or yellow color on the trailer it shows it like only twice.
