I went to all you can eat buffet at a restaurant in my area with several friends of mine. We are all BB and we were hungry. The deal as you can eat as much as you can eat but can't take food home. We paid $ 35 (includes soda) . We went for the Lobster/ Shrimp / Crab legs. I had 8 Lobsters and was honestly stuffed and was approached by the manager and was told we had to pay and leave. I asked why? We were quiet, respectful and ate the entire contents on our plates. The Manager said we ate to much and he was loseing $. I told him " All you can eat means all you can eat" He said he will call the cops if we didn't leave. I said I would leave but not pay since he violated the "all you can eat adverisement". The cops came and tried to get us to pay. I politely stood my ground and said I would be happy to pay if he would let us eat more. IF he wants us to leave before that.. I am happy to leave but will not pay. The Cops sort of agreed with us but didn't want to **** off the owner of the restaurant. We ended up leaving without paying and the cops didn't arrest us etc. Other than the rude service it was the Best free meal I have ever had." 8 Lobsters, several Crab legs and Shrimp scampie." Oh yes . There was a card at the table with a penny attached to it. IT said " a penny for you thoughts". I told the place "Best free meanl I have ever had"
