What is up with the 2 rotor in the second pic with 4 plugs per housing. Better burn?

i believe rob up at pinapple built that motor, i think it was for an auxilory ignition for a better burn, i cant remember, might talk to him about it tho contact info at www.pineappleracing.com

yes, Rob built both motors,the thee rotor now sports a single GT-42R,the car is on ebay for sale,the wife said it had to go.the 13b in the second pic is a peripheral port,the 2 additional plugs per rotor are grounds for the ignition,non functional on that engine,rob just thought it would be a head scratcher.
